Brent Buehler
Alpha manager
Originally born and raised in Onalaska, WI, Brent moved to the Fox Valley when he was hired by the Oshkosh Police Department. Ready to put down deep roots and raise a family in a tight-knit community, Brent and his wife, Lisa, eventually moved to the Winneconne-Omro area.
Â
Today, Brent and Lisa are the proud parents of two grown, married daughters and the doting grandparents of three grandsons. Family means everything to Brent, and he feels incredibly fortunate that his entire family still lives in the immediate area, allowing them to spend plenty of time together.

Physical fitness has been a core pillar of Brent’s life for decades. What started as a passion during his high school sports days quickly transitioned into a professional necessity during his dedicated career as a Police Officer. Keeping himself in peak physical shape was vital for the job, and it instilled in him a lifelong love for fitness, working out, and the gym community.
Â
After retiring from the Oshkosh Police Department, Brent brought that disciplined, community-first mindset to Alpha Fitness. As a familiar face in the mornings, he ensures the club is welcoming, organized, and ready for our members.
Â
Â
"One of the greatest pleasures I get from working at Alpha Fitness is getting to know everyone who comes in and getting to see the incredible progress they make on their fitness journeys," Brent says.

Brent stays just as active in retirement as he did during his career. One day a week is officially dedicated to "Grandpa Daycare" with his grandson. He is also a talented craftsman and runs a small woodworking business, Brent ’s Barn, showcasing his creations alongside Lisa at local vendor shows. When the weather is nice, you can find Brent and Lisa kayaking or boating on the local lakes and rivers, or exploring bike trails throughout northern Wisconsin.
