Becky Oszman
Wellness director
Becky Oszman has been a proud resident of the Fox Valley since 2007. She lives in Appleton with her husband, their two boys, their dog, and the family’s bearded dragon. For Becky, family time is all about exploration and creating lifelong memories. In her spare time, you can find her outdoors or traveling with her kids—embracing both extremes of the adventure spectrum, from grueling, scenic hikes through the mountains to relaxing days laying on the beach.

Becky brings an elite level of clinical expertise to the Alpha Fitness team. Graduating with a degree in Athletic Training, the early chapter of her career was split between working on the sidelines with competitive college and high school athletes and treating patients within a physical therapy clinic.

Through this hands-on medical background, Becky developed a deep passion for using intelligent fitness programming as a primary tool for injury prevention. Utilizing her extensive knowledge in sports medicine, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, Becky specializes in helping individuals with past injuries, chronic pain, or physical limitations safely and effectively reach their ultimate fitness goals.
Â
"Using my background in sports medicine to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness is incredibly rewarding," Becky shares. "I love showing people that physical limitations don't have to stop you from progressing."

Becky thrives on working with individuals of all ages and across every spectrum of fitness. Her versatile training background spans both personalized one-on-one training and dynamic group environments. At the club, her instructional expertise includes:
-
Strength & Resistance Training and traditional weightlifting
-
Speed, Agility, and Plyometrics for athletic performance
-
Mind-Body Mobility, including traditional Yoga and accessible Chair Yoga

Becky believes that your current physical state or age should never dictate your future health.

"My strong belief is that it is never too late to try something new and work to improve your overall health. With the right modifications and proper movement mechanics, anyone can build a stronger, more resilient body."
