We offer affordable personal training and group training programs, as well as classes!
Class Schedule
Attending classes at our club offers a unique opportunity to enhance your fitness experience under the guidance of trained fitness experts. Our instructors are skilled in designing workouts that maximize efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that every minute you spend exercising contributes towards reaching your health and fitness goals. You will have fun and will meet some new friends as well.
Your first class is FREE!
Each additional class is $7 for members and $12 for non-members.
Yoga is $10 per class for members and $15 per class for non-members.
Monday Class
Join us for a transformative 50 to 60-minute yoga class aimed at integrating mind and body, fostering awareness through the practice of physical postures, or Asanas. The aim is to guide you in enhancing strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and harmony while cultivating a deeper understanding, care, and love for your body.
Throughout the session, you'll be led through methods such as visualization and controlled breathing to clear the mind, calm the body, and synchronize breath with movement. As we move through various poses, the entire body will engage, releasing tension and emotional blockages. Mats & blocks are provided, but feel free to bring your own. All levels are welcome.
Carina’s Yoga - 6pm to 7pm
Tuesday & THursday Class
This fun 45 minute class is open to all ages and focuses on low impact movements that incorporates full body strength, balance, stability, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. Through the use of light weights, bands, stability balls and plyo balls, you are sure to get a full body workout. We encourage & recommend modifications if needed. Great for beginners and all levels are welcome.
Kelly’s Forever Fit - 7am to 7:45am
Friday Class
This class focuses on teaching participants how to use free weights on specific muscle groups. Full body workouts with slower, more controlled motions will set the tone for getting stronger and more confident in yourself. This is perfect if you are looking to get outside your comfort zone or are looking to learn how to use free weights.
Class will take place throughout the gym, utilizing the training room, main floor and even our outdoor turf area. While safety and instruction are always part of the class, we want you to get familiar with the entire gym so you get more out of it. All levels are welcome.
Kelly’s Strength & Conditioning - 6am to 6:45am
Saturday Class
Join us for 60 minutes of breathwork, movement, and grounding. This class is a blend of both Hatha & Vinyasa yoga with each week being a little different. In Hatha we hold poses longer, working on strengthening & stretching, while Vinyasa emphasizes flow. Connect to your breath and physical body more deeply while improving flexibility, coordination, mental focus, and circulation around the joints helping to release toxins.
This class is simple enough for beginners with optional variations given to engage & challenge more experienced yogis. Mats & blocks are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Anna’s Yoga - 9am to 10am

Personal training
Personal training is different for each person. Our focus at Alpha Fitness is to make sure you are getting what you need to reach your goals by giving you education, accountability, and customized programs. Even if it is short term, personal training is a great investment to ensure success moving forward.
Prices start at $45/session.
group training
Group training is an option for groups of 2-5 people that is a more affordable way to help you reach your goals while also doing it with a friend or family member. This is great for adding more accountability, competitiveness, and fun to your training.
